工作职责
按照酒店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与防火和人身安全有关的项目。
2. To execute preventive maintenance, to repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。
3. To perform emergency duties based on emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作。
4. To familiar with all the electrical distribution and lighting systems, equipment’s operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
了解掌握酒店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。
5. To attend on- the- job training.
进行在岗培训。
6. To react to guests’ request and complaints promptly in order to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安。
7. To practice and make improvement recommendations on energy conservation.
在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议。
8. To perform other duties assigned by Chief Engineer, Asst. Chief Engineer.
执行总工程师，副总工程师安排的其它工作。
9. To assist the other trades where is needed.
必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作。
10. To check high voltage system status and make record based on punchlist. To maintain and report operational deficiencies of low voltage equipment, unusual operation and hidden danger. To often review preventive maintenance punchlist and maintenance pattern in order to ensure high voltage equipment operate smoothly in long period and to avoid emergent repair and downtime
按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机。
11. To keep tools, equipment and work area clean.
保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。
13. To ensure electricity transform, annual check and equipment calibration.
保证酒店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。
补充说明：
1.Minimum 2 years working experience in low voltage maintenance in hospitality industry.
至少2年在服务业从事电维修工作的经验。
