Prepares all daily, weekly and monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation and use of facilities, market appraisal and evaluation

Attends meetings and briefings as required by Hotel Management and Area Director

定期回顾各项政策和进程，采取有效的措施，制定并提出改进建议

Regular review all polices and procedures relating to fitness center taking action to formulate and propose improvements

对客服务

Customer Service

同顾客建立并保持融洽的客户关系，有效处理客人的投诉，满足客人的需求和对理疗服务的咨询，及时对客人的意见作出反馈和记录

Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on services, whilst following up with prompt feedback

亲自与各位顾客确认并确保客人享受到了凯悦标准规定的“最佳体验”

Personally verify that all guests are receiving the best possible service in line with the “Experience Programme” and the hotel standards

确保经理整日经常在相关楼层有高的曝光度

Ensure she/he is has high visibility and on the floor of the facility throughout the day

Awareness of all current promotions, policy changes and memorandums

Ensure all employees complete their personal syllabus training programme

Ensures the employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times

Ensure that all employees adhere to the established standards of hygiene and grooming
