工作职责
2、正式开餐后,督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作;
3、及时跟踪、检查台面,对不合格的地方进行指正、改正;
4、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解,及时催菜;
5、餐后组织服务员及时清台,整理好餐厅桌椅卫生,保持餐厅整洁和环境良好;
6、督导服务员认真落实酒店与部门规章制度;
7、搞好本班组与其他班组的协调;
8、做好班组员工考勤、培训工作。

To comply with local legislation and be conversant and act in accordance with any legal issues relating to your department.
