职位:品牌直营店销售经理(SalesManager):汇报对象:全国零售经理ReporttoNationalRetailManager主要职责MajorResponsibilities:-负责整个店铺的销售管理,推动和跟踪销售团队提供的每日/每周/每月的销售来确保达成销售等各项指标;Managetheteam,followupandpushondaily/weekly/monthlyperformanceandtoachievesalestargetandotherKPI;-日常店铺运营工作、财务管理和货品管理;Dailyshopoperations;-与客人沟通,了解客户需求,努力提高客户满意度,反馈和处理客户意见和部分投诉;Keepgoodrelationshipwithcustomers,wellcommunicateandknowthedemandofclients,solvethecustomercomplainandgivethevaluablefeedbacktocompany;-与顾客良好互动,提供专业服务及个性化风格建议,确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态,建立并维护忠诚持久的客户关系;Providehighlyprofessionalandpersonalizedstyleadviseandsalesservicetocustomer,keepcustomersinformedonnewproductsorservices,changes,etc.buildaloyalclienteleandmaintaininteractiverelationshipwithcustomers;-与团队协作达成销售目标;注重搭配销售,根据公司阶段性计划促进各产品线的销售和均衡增长;Workwiththeteamtoachievesalestarget;contributetothehealthygrowthofthebusinessbycross-sellingandpromotingthespecificcategorieswiththecompany’speriodstrategicdirection;-向上级汇报店铺运营情况;Communicatesfeedbackgatheredthroughin-storeactivitiestostoremanagement;-完成上级指派的其他任务;Otherdutiesasassigned。录用条件CoreCompetencies:-具备大专以上学历Collegeeducationbackgroundabove-具有3-5年相关行业零售门店管理经验Above3or5yearsrelatedworkingexperiencespreferred-热爱奢侈品行业并愿意发展自己职业生涯Passionateinluxuryindustryandwishtodeveloppersonalcareerpath-具有高度的工作热情,积极进取的工作太态度,优秀的客户服务意识Withstrongsenseofresponsibility&self-motivated,actives
