WearelookingforNewBranchManagertoJoinouramazinggrowingcompany.ZIMLOGISTICSCHINA(ZLC)isasubsidiaryforZIMLine.ZLCperformsfulllocalservicesincludingSea-freight,Airfreight,customsdeclaration,exportandimportlicenses,logisticsconsultancyservice,projectcargo,cross-bordertrucking,warehousingandE-Commercecustombrokerageandfulfillmentlogistics.Tocopewithourexpansion,wearenowlookingforqualified,highlymotivated,andexperiencedtalentswithapositivemindsettojoinourfamily!JobPurpose:TheBranchManagerisresponsibleforformulatingandimplementingbusinessstrategiesandtotaloperationmanagementwithinbranchlevel.Thepositionwillhavedirectresponsibilitiesinoverseeingbusinessprocessaswellasdailygeneraloperations.Leadandmanagebranchteamtoachievethetarget,maintainandgrowcustomerbaseandbuildnetworkandrelationships,setlocalstrategy,reviewteamperformanceandensuregoodservicequalitydeliveredtocustomers.Responsibilities:1.Setup,standardize,monitorandimproveoperatingproceduresforentiredailyoperationsuchassales,operationforOF/AF/E-commerce/Supplychain(Warehousing+Distribution)etc.withthecorrespondencewithZLCGMandfunctionheads.2.Developthestrategy,metrics,programs,plansandprocedurestogrowlocalmarketshares.3.ResponsibleforOperationalKPIsandotherKPIsthatrelatedtothebranch.4.Responsibleforcostcontrol,ratesandcontractsnegotiationwithcarriersandothersubcontractors,monitoringvendorperformancelocally.5.AnalyzesandevaluatesterritorysalesplansandpracticeswithHeadofSalesandproductstomaximizerevenueandminimizethechurnratioofthebranch.6.Evaluateandimplementrequiredbusinesstoolsforensuringeffectiveutilizationforimprovingbusinessprocess.7.Formulate,implement,monitorandreviewcompanystrategiesandprovidereportsandalerttoZLCGM.8.Responsiblefortalentsacquisition,developKPIwithteammembersandmonitorindividualperformanceasperassigned.9.Responsibleforcommunicationwithotherfunctionheadsinresultfortranslatingbusinessstrategiesintooperations.Requirements:1.Aminimumbachelor’sdegreeinlogistics,businessadministration,ortheequivalent.
