2. Assist guest with directions in the lobby area.

3. Ensure that our guests have luggage assistance.

4. Interact with waiting guests and enquire about their stay and ask for feedback

5. Ensure that the lighting and music is on in the lobby area.
确保大堂灯光和背景音乐正常。
6. To monitor any abnormal and suspicious in the public area and report to LP officer if necessary.
