工作职责
Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests and answer their questions
2. 负责为宾客办理入住预订、登记、续住、换房、离店等手续,安排客房;
Responsible for booking, registration, renewal, room change, check-out and other procedures for guests, and arrange rooms;
3. 尽可能落实宾客的特殊需求;
Content the special needs of guests as far as possible;
4. 确保所有的现金交易都有正确的记录,做到帐款相符;
Ensure that all cash transactions are properly recorded and accounts are in line
5. 负责工作区域的干净与整洁;
Keep the work area clean and tidy;
6. 负责宾客投诉的处理,超出职权范围及时上报上级;
Responsible for the handling of guest complaints, and report to the superior in a timely manner which beyond the scope of authority;
7. 完成上级委派的其他工作。
