BriefIntroduction职位简介•GrasptheopportunitiestomaximizesalesrevenueforAscott.把握机遇为雅诗阁创造最大销售收益。MajorResponsibility主要工作职责•Responsibleformarketdevelopmenttoincreaseandretaincustomers.负责市场开发，增加并保留客源。•Establishandmaintaingoodcustomerrelationshipstoincreasesalesrevenue.建立并维护良好的客户关系以增加销售额。•Completetheentiresalesprocess,includingsalestracking,sceneinvestigation,pricenegotiations,contractpreparationandsigning.完成全程的销售流程，包括销售跟踪，现场勘查，价格谈判，合约准备与签订。•Servecustomers,understandtheirneedsandtrytosatisfytheirrequirements.服务客户，了解需求并尽量满足客户的要求。•Createandparticipateinvarioussaleseventstoenhancecustomerrelationships.设计并参与各项销售活动来增强客户的关系。•Prepareandanalyzesalesreports.准备，分析销售报表。-按时完成公司要求的销售相关系统的更新.Requirements资质需求•Bachelordegreeorabove,fluentinlistening,speaking,readingandwritingEnglishabilities大学本科以上学历，流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。•Morethan5yearshotel/serviceapartmentsalesexperience.5年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。•Goodinterpersonalcommunicationskillstoeffectivelycarryoutinternal/externalcommunications.良好的人际沟通能力，能有效地进行内/外部沟通。•Strongteamspirit,organizationandplanningcapabilities.较强的团队协作精神、组织及策划能力。•FamiliarwithEXCEL,WORD,ERP(ORACLE)System.熟悉EXCEL,WORD,ERP(ORACLE)系统。•富Fullofenthusiasm,canworkunderpressure.有工作热情，能承受工作压力。所属部门：市场销售部
