-Supervises and participates in maintaining constant surveillance of theentire hotel to detect potential sources of security problems, safety hazardsand fire hazards
保持对酒店持续的检查,以确保及时发现安全隐患,并检查安全隐患和消防隐患的来源-Ensurehotel is patrolled on a regular basis
确保对酒店的定期巡逻
-Ensuresall hotel entrances are locked and unlocked as per hotel policy
按照酒店既定政策保证酒店各重要出入通道的安全
-Orientsemployees to the department and hotel and provides on-the-job training on jobresponsibilities
主导部门班组的各种培训工作
- Adhere to hotel’s policies and procedures
坚持酒店的政策和程序:
-Keeps immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems orunusual matters of significance
确保了解酒店的所有安全问题和重大事项.
REQUIREMENTS要求
-Minimum of one - three years work experience in the hotel industry inSecurity
酒店同行业1-3年安全工作经验;
- Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred
有至少一年的主管工作经验优先;
-Vocational School Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
专科以上的文化程度;
- Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
能有效解决客人、员工的冲突和投诉;
-Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managersto ensure teamwork
能和其他同事和管理人员有效配合维护团队;
补充说明
具有大专以上文化程度或退伍军人。
